Camper and caravan Pitches
With the SF-Caravan membership card you get a discount on the pitch fees of the camping area. Pitch fees for 1-2 persons. Additional persons 5 € / adult, 3 € / child. The pitches include electricity.
You can also make a reservation by phone, in which case we will send you a payment link for the reservation. Same-day phone reservations must be paid for via the payment link sent by 18:00. Unpaid reservations will expire after 18:00. Same-day reservations can also be made and paid for at the reception. The reception cash desk closes half an hour before closing time. After this, reservations and payments can be made online.

Toilets and Showers
You can find the showers and toiles in the service building.
Summer Kitchen
There is a summer kitchen available for cooking and washing dishes.
Grey Water Drainage
Grey water drainage is located by the entrance to the camping area.
Restaurant services
SnowCastle restaurant in the main building serves breakfast daily for extra cost. A la carte and the terrace are open all summer. Check out the opening hours of restaurant.
Additional services
Sauna
There are comfortable sauna facilities in the main building of the SnowCastle area. The sauna can be booked at our reception.
SnowExperience
Step into a winter wonderland any day of the year. Snow Experience is open daily in the main building.
Gemstone Exhibition
The gemstone exhibition features the world’s most stunning gemstones and jewelry.
